Krakow’s Accor Mercure Hotel offers 4-star accommodations near the city’s iconic Old Town. In the fall of 2021, the hotel underwent a project to make sure guests are greeted and treated in style. More than two hundred LG Hotel TVs have been installed across the property, offering a stylish look with high-quality visuals. The TVs are connected by Pro:Centric Cloud POC, allowing hotel management to conveniently offer guests a personalized experience.

The platform has several advantages that allowed the hotel to integrate all the equipment within a month. There’s no need for an on-premises server, which lowered the overall CAPEX for the project.
